Polyimide foam improve ride comfort

Application:

D series polyimide foam products can be used on high-speed trains for heat insulation, sound absorption and noise reduction, significantly improving ride comfort.

In accordance with the relevant requirements of Annex 1, Part 2 of the International Code for the Application of Fire Resistance Test Procedures, the smoke density and toxicity test of the material were carried out, and the experimental results showed that the sample DMW15 and the limiting oxygen index > 45.

D series polyimide foam product VOC detection is 0. It is a strong hydrophobic material, intrinsically flame retardant, and has strong weather resistance. It has the same service life  as the carriage and produces ultra-low smoke in case of fire. In case of a fire accident, it can save more time for human escape, which is superior to any foam currently used.
